Good Afternoon All

I'm trying to help a family member mail merge with Open Office 2.3.1: we both have well endowed XP SP2 Dell machines and I am getting the same results as he is!

Last year we had trouble mail merging in 2.2 which didn't work as in the Help file: I merged for him using Word97 and he printed it. We're now having a repeat performance.

Update to OOo 2.3.1 with an appropriate current document on screen and entering the Mail Merge Wizard, at 'Step 3 Insert Address Block' then moving to 3.'1 Select Address List', last years Calc sheet of NADs is selected and works.

Going 'Add' and navigating to the new NAD source Calc Sheet, I highlight and hit Open and it appears in the Add Window. However the OK button to Choose it as the correct source, is greyed out as indeed are all subsequent items under Steps, i.e. Steps 4 - 8

I've tried adding other NAD Sheets: whilst I can ADD them to the list as potential NAD sources, I cannot OK the ~Choice of any of them ... nor can I delete any of them from the Add list.

Please would some one tell me where I'm going wrong but more importantly how to put it right?
