Update to OOo 2.3.1 with an appropriate current document on screen and

how to put it right?
My approach would be as follows.
- File | New | Database
- Select Connect to existing database
- Choose spreadsheet
- Next
- Select your last years NADs
- Next
- Select Yes, register, Unselect Open the database for editing
- Finish, and give a name to your database file.
Now you have your datasource.
Next is: create document with fields, or labels with fields.
For labels:
- File|New|Labels
For a document:
- open the datasource window (F4);
- select your database;
- add desired fields to your document by drag&drop the headers of the
columns to your document.
When the document/labels is finished:
- start mailmerge:
- click on the mailmerge button (3rd from right in Datasource window)
- or choose Tools|Mail merge wizard
- go directly to step 8.
The datasource can be used for any document.
You can change the spreadsheet behind it. If the window F4 is opene
again, the new data will be there.
You may remove a datasource by rightclicking on the name in the
datasource, and choose Registered datasources.
If you do so, the database file on your system will still be there.
I hope this helps.
Now you don't have to work with the Add option in the mail merge wizard.
