It is absolutely legal to sell copies of OpenOffice on CD and/or bundled with other services: many resellers do it, but if you want a refund you must ask for it to who actually sold a copy to you. It is also possible to have free technical support, but nothing else, from unpaid volunteers by writing to, or subscribing, the [email protected] address.
