Mrs Ellyson, OpenOffice is downloadable for free from the Internet. Its official home page is www.openoffice.org. The address [email protected] is a public (meaning that everything you send to it is archived and viewable from the Internet) mailing list where other users volunteer for free to give technical support to beginners. It is perfectly legal to sell copies of OpenOffice on CD and/or bundled with other products or services. [email protected], however, has NO relationship with the company who sold you the program, see above. If you have problems with that company about their service, you should contact them directly. As far as your question is concerned, unfortunately I am not sure what the answer is, maybe some other volunteer can give specific advice. However, please keep in mind that you will receive help much faster if you: 1) subscribe to the [email protected] mailing list. You can unsubscribe as soon as your problem is solved if the list traffic is too high. 2) give to your messages meaningful subjects, which help people who know the answer to see them and post the solution. you may also want to have a look at the tutorials at http://www.oooauthors.org/ Hope this helps, Marco Fioretti -- Your own civil rights and the quality of your own life heavily depend on how software is used *around* you: http://digifreedom.net/node/84 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
