I have just purchased this program for the second time....I thought that when I ordered it the first time that I only received a word processing program....is there anyway that I can get my money back?
Also, I am trying to use the PowerPoint part...I am having trouble getting a new slide added.....the +slide button disappears when you do the first slide and I do not now how to make it come back up........another box does come upon the left hand side of the screen ...I have highlighted that box but it still replaces the first slide with the new one... I have just learned to use PowerPoint with Microsoft and this is exactly the same except for losing that icon................ Thanks, debbie ellyson
