I have been having trouble trying to print word documents. The document comes out whole but it is only in one cornor of the page. And it is shrunk.. I have tried it many different times and tried different margins and etc. But nothing has worked. What is going on? Can you help?? Thanks Heather
p.s. using standard letter paper... that has not changed.. had this printer for a couple years never done this before... Just got the new computer-program....
