Beg your pardon?

Unsubscribed_Joe sends email to [email protected]

autoresponder_account (being_subscribed) receives all and only the
                                         mail sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

autoresponder_account forwards to unsubscribed_joe all and only the
                                         _replies_ to his own question
                                         posted to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

the only way to mailbomb unsubscribed_joe through such an
autoresponder would be to mailbomb [EMAIL PROTECTED], ie something which could
happen anyway and would be stopped by moderators regardless of the
autoresponder.

Unless I totally misunderstood your comment, of course. Please provide
more details if this is the case.
