OpenOffice is available free at www.openoffice.org. You need to contact
whoever you paid the $47 to for the refund.
What happens if you try >File >New within Word (it is called writer).
This should give you options to open a new spreadseet, database,
presentation etc.
Also if you go into >Start >All Programs from your Vista desktop is
there a folder of OpenOffice 2.3.1 and when you open this folder are all
the programs there?
