First, did you make that order for the Open Office, or the other programs?
If for the Open Office, consider that Open Office is a free program from
http://openoffice.org.
If you ordered it for the other various programs, I'd question whether they
are worth $49. If not, then I'd demand my money back and get the free Open
Office.
