No, I'm not the one who paid for the software. I know better. What I am
saying is that even if it is legal to sell it, you still have to deliver
said software.

Can I suggest that you ask the question "where is my software" to the
person or organization you ordered it from. There is no way you can
order the software from OpenOffice.org directly and pay for it.
If you want OpenOffice here and now then download it from
www.openoffice.org for free and claim a refund.
