you will see that John is _not_ the OP. So to whom are you wanting him
to go back? He has not ordered OOo or related software from anyone,
so no-one owes him anything, be it software or money. He, like you,
is a user and he was simply replying to the thread. (Which you
appear, I'm afraid, not to have read.)
Could that issue be caused by people not following thread guidelines and
following thier own top / bottom posting preference?
Careful, that sounds like a rhetorical question. I've been told that
