a)  WordPerfect owns the legal office market;

b) The OP was asking about Quattro Pro.   There are half a dozen or so
functions that are available in QP, but not OOo;

c) There are roughly half a dozen features of WordPerfect, that are
not found in OOo. Most of those "missing" features will not be added
to OOo;
