This is the fault of MickySoft, NOT OO. The file associations on your 'puter are not "tied" to OO. I have a couple of questions for you. What do you have to create that you cant do in OO.....that is, why on earth by M$ Office?! Second, why keep WP at all when OO is a much more complete suite and much more usable?
