The instructions are at the bottom of each email. Send a blank email to the
address below, using the address that is subscribed. In a day or three, maybe
sooner, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm that you want to
unsubscribe. Reply to that email and after another delay, you'll no longer
receive mail from this list.
