When I posted I checked with my OpenSUSE edition, that I just happened to have handy at the time. I have subsequently checked with the "official" edition on a Windows box and that shows "Extension Manager" in the Tools menu. Maybe LinuxMINT package their own edition, with slightly different wording in the menus.
