Hi, My name is Ray and our daughter has been having problems opening .doc files
from her school computer on our home computer
we have windows vista home premium with wordpad and sarahs school has windows
xp with ms word..
I would like to know
1.. is your product free?
2.. does it work on vista, will it open, view, edit xp ms word .doc files on
vista?
3.. what size is it?
4.. can a person not very good with computers work with it as I don't know
much about them {I still look for the any key ha ha ha}
5.. do I need to upgrade from java 6?
6.. is it hard to use and can you only select components you wish to use or do
you have to have many different components with it..
SORRY!! if I have asked the wrong things but forums confuse me as people talk
in a language I do not understand!? please can you send me an email with the
answers to my questions in easy to understand words?
