You are right. I left out a number of crucial definitions that are
not self-explanatory. As such, it was not as simple as I intended it
to be.

Free qua Libre? Free qua gratis? Free qua Libre and Gratis?
Didn't know that there was a difference?

How well OOo works on Vista depends upon which one of the _Sixteen_
major variants of Vista one is using. Or did you literally not
realize that the the OS blocks the user from doing certain actions,
until they have paid the dangeld?

The less computer savvy somebody is, the more comprehensive the answer
needs to be, so that they can comprehend the effects of teh action.

To take a trivial example. How would you like to explain to somebody
why they can't use a specific feature of OOo, after telling them that
OOo works on Windows Vista? From their perspective the issue is that
OOo doesn't work., not that their version of Vista is crippled.

OOo can not correct for incompetence in creating documents from MSO.
Furthermore,OOo can not compensate for the defective and flawed
security measures used by Microsoft. As such, before using this product
for exams that require faulty and defective software, ensure that you
will not be unjustly penalized for the incompetence of the organization
that requires the use of software that is known to be flawed,
defective, bug-ridden, and fails to meet ISO file format standards.
