There are free software programs that you can run to create the star
charts. You would only have to create the outer ring.
The other option is skymaps.com which has a very nice monthly star
chart with tips on viewing.
If you are interested in a planetarium screensaver check out
http://www.fourmilab.ch/skyscrsv/ for a program called sky.
It is configurable to your location.
