Am I dumb or what?(James, your supposed to say here its 'or what' so I don`t feel so stupid!)LOL!
I opened a new calc.put 6 in A1,2 in A2,then put =A1+A2,hit return and that worked. I wasn`t hitting return before,I thought it would add by itself. I knew I was doing something wrong when your demo worked! Thanks for the help. Will that also work if I have ,say ten numbers in a row and use the 11th cell to add them all together? How far will the resolution carry out/ 5 decimals,10,or as far as I make the cell wide? Also how do I write it to add 10 cells in a row?Or 100 cells.? Do I have to put all cell numbers inthe equation? 9James your supposed to say its "or what " o i don`t feel so stupid!)LOL ----- Original Message ----- From: "James Knott" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, February 12, 2008 9:08 PM Subject: Re: [users] I am using version 2.3 of OpenOffice.org.
