I have downloaded 'openoffice' and I need to write a short essay (where I would have normally used 'microsoft word') but I still haven't figured out where and how to start 'writer'...When I click on writer, it asks me where I want to extract the document...? I don't know what it means...What & where do I click to start a, say for example, a letter? Many thanks in anticipation
