Yes, it's called "Base".


We should probably note that although Base has similar capabilities, you can't have compatible files the way you can with Writer/Word, Calc/Excel, and Impress/PowerPoint. There are no filters for moving between .mdb and .odb filetypes. You can get at MS Access tables in Base, but not its queries, forms, and reports. So it depends on what kind of equivalence you're looking for - functionality or interoperability.
