I'm pretty sure your installation is screwed up. If deleting/renaming your profile doesn't work, then your basic install is messed up. There is no "berlintakemybreatheaway.wav" included with OOo. What linux are you running and what version is your OOo? Note: just doing the about OOo won't do, go to where your OOo is installed and look for versionrc - open that and report back the info in the file.
