To Users and Wade Smart: First of all, I keep a file on just about
everything that the list has on it, and I have no record of the question
being asked. Lisi Reisz has said to me that the question was asked, so
that means the list failed to make sure everyone got that message!
Secondly, I have suggested that a separate list be made for any and all
Political discussions and that they be excluded from the Users and
Discuss list, so that people of all backgrounds can learn without rancor
or arrogance! Is there any possibility of that happening? Probably not,
knowing the prevalent attitude of those predominant on the list and
until that happens, you can count me out!!! And, YES, this list IS
responsible for that decision, especially when is DOES NOT inform the
members of what is going on, which is why that kind of thing should be
on a separate list, such as the DEV list, which I do not and cannot use
anyway! :-( >:o

Boards do not ask all the members where they want to meet. They post
where it is and if you can come - then do but if you cant - dont.
Regardless of your past (or present) this is a list open to all who
desire help working on a piece of great open source software. Please,
do not confuse the facts.
