There is no such thing as "OpenWord". At least as far as I know. If you are
referring to the word processor in OpenOffice.-org, it's called Writer and
it has nothing to do with Microsoft Word, more than that both are word
processors.

Okay, that's an easy one.
Tools → AutoCorrect... → Custom Quotes → Select the quote characters that
you want.

is that I like to use a rarish font called Charter. Openword happily
