It happens! The email was in reponse to someone else's query and was not relevant to any of your own problems, so I cannot see why you would want to talk to him directly. The fact that it was unopenable and undeletable has absolutely nothing to do with OOo - I would suggest that you contact the Help resource appropriate to your email program (as has already been suggested).
