The problem, as has in fact been suggested by two earlier posters, is nothing to do with Mark Robinson nor yet with OOo. It is with your own email client (the program you read emails with). According to your header this is Microsoft Windows Mail 6.0.6000. Pestering poor Mark will not help any more than repeated requests on this list. A mailing list for Microsoft Windows Mail 6.0.6000. might be able to help. Speaking purely personally, I wouldn't touch that email client with a very long barge pole. But as they say, it would be a dull world if we were all the same. The other possibility is that the email got corrupted en route. This explanation is considerably less likely than the one I have given above. Incidentally, I used the link you were given, ran a search and Mark's email came up immediately. Perhaps going and doing something completely different for a bit might help.
