Dear Russell: Thanks for trying to help. The address you gave me wouldn't
work as a link, but I typed it in & got there. Sadly, searches under 'Mark
Robinson' & 'Robinson' produce 'No matches'. I wasn't wanting to read his
e-mail, just to delete it! I hope someone else will know his address & that
he can help to identify what has gone wrong.

Mark's reply was concerning the use of a download manager to acquire OOo.
Doesn't seem relevant to your problems. You can see it in the archives at
http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/SummarizeList?listName=users
You may have to look back a page or two, or do a search.
