There was absolutely nothing wrong with Mark Robinson's email (just
checked
it here) - it sounds as if it has been corrupted either in transmission to
you or by you own system. It happens!
The email was in reponse to someone else's query and was not relevant to
any
of your own problems, so I cannot see why you would want to talk to him
directly.
The fact that it was unopenable and undeletable has absolutely nothing to
do
with OOo - I would suggest that you contact the Help resource appropriate
to
your email program (as has already been suggested).
