When turned on, the feature rule apears to be:

tommy- tommy-- tommy-bill tommy—bill tommy – bill

tommy(dash) tommy(dash dash) tommy(dash)bill tommy(dash dash)bill
tommy(space dash space)bill

Give that a try to see for yourself.
