Nope! Since the dictionary.lst is the VERY reason for the problem to solve it won't work that way. (See other postings for more explanation about this). The dictionary.lst will simply be removed. And unless proven differently I expect the Tagalog dictionary to be converted as well in time for OOo 3.0.
