I am trying to login to OpenOffice as an existing user, and I have forgotten my password - but the system seems to go into a loop when I enter my email address [EMAIL PROTECTED]) which I used a couple of years ago to register with you. The system says this address already exists, but it won't send me a new password so that I can log in again.
