What features do you use that make Outlook so "unsurpassed?"
Not so much a "feature" of Outlook, but of an integrated suite - MS Office
will allow you to use the Outlook address book to insert addresses on say,
envelopes, or in a letter. Now I know that it IS possible to do the same
thing in OO from the Thunderbird Address book, but it is NOT particularly
easy or intuitive. Maybe that's something that could be worked on....(I'm
not a programmer....!)
