No, it doesn't.  It gives two options:  MS Access OR SQL server:

Admittedly, it doesn't say "or".  But "and", which is the other interpretation 
of the backslash, would surely be overkill?

It is possible, of course, that the OP has talked to the suppliers and they 
have said something to clarify the impression given by the site.  But this 
the OP has not so far said.
