Depending upon how one counts, there is either one or two things that
can be done in MS Publisher, that can't be done in OOo.   The RFE I
submitted was rejected, on the grounds that nobody needs or uses that
feature.   A feature that is required to correctly display, and write
two different writing systems.  (Ronga-Ronga and Mongolian, for the
curious.)
