Only you can [un-]subscribe you so that others can't do it maliciously. Once you have sent an e-mail to that address (which *must* be *from* the subscribed address) you will get a message back asking you to confirm and explaining clearly how to. Do it. You will then get a "goddbye" message and that's it.
