No, not really. Some messages have it, others do not. For example,
ironically, this very message of yours that I am replying to did not
have the unsubscribe notice. The message that you replied to had not
have it either.
I could not work out yet the logic behind having the unsubs info or not
having it, some messages contain it, others do not.
