Yes. However, a lot of mailers do *not* show the various header fields
by default as most users have no idea what 90% of the headers mean or
do. I consider myself a reasonably sophisticated computer user yet my
mailer (Claws) shows only the From:, To:, Subject:, Date: and Reply-To:
fields unless I want to see the other headers and ask for them. I do
not like to waste screen real-estate on information that's irrelevant.
I believe you can safely assume that most users will never see the
list-unsubscribe: header.

All list users would see the unsubscribe info appended to the message.
However, some messages get it, others do not. It seems to be user
dependent. Your messages do not have unsubscribe appended, my ones
always do. That's what I meant when I said that I could not work out
who gets it and who doesn't.
