here it is of less use, unfortunately.
The ideal solution is to have online localisation tool, thus we can
immediately produce the localisation file.

We "tested" Pootle
(http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/pootle/index?redirect=1) a little
while ago.
It was quite an effort to put this in place but I guess we'll likely
come to it at some point.
