I guess it is some kind of bug in Thunderbird. I always used a RapidSSL
certificate. I had installed the intermediate CA in Thunderbird before
installing SOGo-Add-Ons. And this worked til some time, but not with the
current version anymore.

The interesting thing is that I switched to http right now which works, but the
SOGo-connections are still over https and Thunderbird seems to be fine with the
RapidSSL-CA and our certificate. This is weird. Why is Thunderbird accepting
connections with this certificate for SOGo, but not for the Add-Ons?

Anyways, switching to http, things now work.

Thanks for your help and your feedback that gave me enough information to solve
the problem (even if it’s a workaround)

Kind regards
