I renamed it X-Relay-Countries-MUA since it's more describing. It lists all after the MSA itself. What you suggest is not possible, since -MUA will be empty if there isn't any MSA (and MUA after that) in the received chain. If this is unclear, please let me know how to document it better. :-)
