If you modify the spec file it can, but generally speaking you can just grab
the tools out of the tarball. IMO, the tools should end up in contrib since
we don't actually support them.

vistages of the tools from their RPMs. That's why I simply use RPM to
get everything at the time I want to get it and with everything all
present and accounted for. The tools have been helpful in the past.
