Been a long time since I dug into MIME details and MUA display 
formating, but don't forget about "format=flowed" when it comes to 
Content-Type: Text/Plain and line wrapping.  And/or, 
Content-transfer-encoding: quoted-printable with Content-Type: 
Text/Plain, too.
