Those will be ignored, since they're not spelled correctly.  Each name
must be "context.xml", not "Context.xml" - case matters.

You can use either; the <Context> in conf/Catalina/[host]/[appname].xml
will override the one in META-INF/context.xml.  During deployment, under
some conditions, Tomcat will copy the one in META-INF/context.xml to
conf/Catalina/[host]/[appname].xml (if it doesn't already exist), but
I'd have to research when that does or does not happen.
