The previous message was sent before I tried Bob's fix. It worked! VegaDNS is now working for me with php-4.3.11 and mysql-5.0.18. I've also removed php4 and installed php-5.1.2 from rpms, i.e. the standard FC5 packages and that works too! I'm one happy bunny. Thanks Bob! R.
