I don't see the problem. For both groups, XWikiIDISAreaEndocrinology and XWikiIDISC01, the title changes when I change the language from the top right corner, below the search box. For XWikiIDISAreaEndocrinology I get: Endocrinology (en), Endocrinología (es) and Endocrinoloxía (gl). What exactly are you trying to achieve?
