Its not bipolar with US and EU, but tripolar with US, EU & China. According to ppp method, Chinese economy is already 60 % of the World's economy and in 10 years time, they will have a market the combined size of US and EU. With 1.3 billion people and a land area of 9 million sq km, they deserve to be another block.
As for Russia, they are waiting to join the EU and NATO. But its a force to be reckoned with.
