2002-09-03 Those numbers may be changing mighty fast in the near future. Except for South-west Airlines, the others are either in bankruptcy or on the verge of it. If raising prices is what is needed to keep the airlines solvent, then that will discourage travellers who can't afford the high prices. Either way it doesn't look good for the airlines.
