Of course, you're right. I forgot about Easter Sunday. I'm very familiar with the Seventh Day Adventists. When I was on the Board of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, I gave a talk at a 99% black SDA church in Toronto (on Bloor Street, I think). It turned out that their interest in civil liberties didn't really go much further than their right not to join unions. The elders there deemed my presentation on other civil liberties issues to be "controversial" (not "too controversial," mind you, just "controversial"), so I had to finish before I had planned to.
The area where I now live has many Seventh Day Adventist churches and medical facilities. (We may possibly have the greatest SDA concentration in California.) The famous Loma Linda Medical Center in southern California is also Seventh Day Adventist. I think their greatest contribution to the larger, secular community has been dietary. I guess we're drifting 'way off topic now, so I won't write any more on this subject.
