I guess after having read the articles, and the initial euphoria over this
initiative has died down somewhat, it makes me wonder what plans are there
to carry out this initiative?

I hope this isn't something that is all air and no substance.  If it is, it
will make the UKMA look very foolish not only in the public's eyes, but in
the eye's of the opposition.  I would hope that even before Lord Howe made
his speech, that he was given assured promises of support, hopefully in
writing.  It makes no sense to do so otherwise.

Can you let us in on what the government plans to do solve the problem or
are the plans a secret for now?

Please don't keep us in the dark.
