That is ok.  I understand completely the need for discretion.  I just want
some assurance that something is really going to happen to end the muddle
and that lord Howe or the UKMA are not just blowing smoke.  This is a big
moment for us if something positive comes out of it.

The 2009 date would fit in nicely with the EU directive and the amendment of
the FPLA/UPLR in the US.
